Terms of use

BookingHub is a marketplace, not the operator of any sports facility. Each venue, academy or club ("Venue") that lists on BookingHub is an independent business that sets its own prices, timings, cancellation windows and on-site rules. We provide the booking, payment and communication infrastructure and pass your booking through to the Venue; we are not a party to the underlying booking agreement between you and the Venue.

You must be at least 16 years old to create a BookingHub account. If you are under 18, a parent or guardian must be aware of and consent to any paid booking made in your name. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials and current password confidential, and for all activity under your account. Tell us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

You agree to provide accurate registration details. Where a booking requires identity or KYC documents (for example, coach or corporate registrations), you agree the documents you submit are genuine and your own.

When you select a slot, we hold it for a short window while you complete payment. If payment is not completed within that window, the slot is released back to general availability. A booking is confirmed only once payment is verified and you receive a confirmation — an initiated payment that has not been confirmed is not a guaranteed booking.

Cancellation windows, reschedule rules and refund eligibility are set by each Venue and shown before you pay; see our Cancellation & refunds page for how refunds are processed once a Venue approves one.

Coaching packages, training programmes and membership plans are configured and enrolled by the academy or Venue you choose. Fees, batch sizes, schedules, attendance policy and renewal terms are set by that Venue, not by BookingHub. Membership benefits (such as daily slot allocations) are specific to the Venue and plan you have purchased and do not carry over between Venues.

Payments on BookingHub are processed through our payment gateway partner, Razorpay, and may be made by UPI, card, net banking, or your BookingHub wallet balance. We do not store your card or bank credentials — they are handled directly by the payment gateway.

Wallet credit is specific to your account, is not transferable to another person, and is not redeemable for cash except where a refund is credited to it by a Venue. Promotional wallet credit may carry its own validity period and conditions, shown at the time it is granted.

If you register a Venue on BookingHub, you are additionally bound by the subscription plan, trial terms, and billing terms presented during onboarding and in your tenant billing dashboard. A free trial does not obligate you to continue on a paid plan; if you take no action before the trial ends, access to write actions (new bookings, changes) on your Venue account may be paused until a plan is active, in line with the billing status shown in your dashboard. You are responsible for the accuracy of the pricing, timings, and availability you publish, and for honouring bookings made through the platform.

You agree to follow the specific Venue's on-site rules, safety instructions and staff directions when you attend a booking. Abusive, threatening or discriminatory behaviour toward Venue staff, coaches or other users, or attempting to circumvent BookingHub's booking and payment flow to avoid fees, may result in suspension of your account.

Because BookingHub is a marketplace and not the operator of any Venue, we are not responsible for the physical safety of a Venue's premises, equipment, coaching quality, or for injury or loss occurring on-site — that responsibility sits with the Venue you booked. Our responsibility is limited to the booking, payment and communication service we provide. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform and are not liable for losses caused by a temporary service outage, though we aim to communicate planned maintenance in advance.

We may update these Terms from time to time; the "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Material changes will be highlighted on the Terms page, and where practical we will notify registered users by email in advance. Continuing to use BookingHub after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Chennai, Tamil Nadu.
